    Never called you dumb, you should have just said cervical spine instead of “cervical area.” Quite misleading what you said. Cavities and spine regions are two different things.

    Either you’re really dumb or you’re trying to be a really big smartass, your cervical area is where your CERVIX is, the PELVIC region which is totally the opposite of the upper region. Your thoracic cavity is above your diaphragm.

    the muscles in the legs are worked the most (quads, hamstrings, adductors, abductors, and gluteus maximus), but your core muscles are also worked, and really any muscle which stabilizes your upper torso. squats are probably the single best exercise, as it does work a huge majority of important muscle groups, and will instantly increase your heart rate and provide a solid workout.
