yeah with steroids!! dude if you are weighing 135 and bench pressing 205 that's like superhuman strength right there!! I don't think its possible!! Unless with roids!! Sorry!! Dude my sister's husband use to take roids and he would weigh 180 and put up two sets of 220!! So naturally its impossible!!</description>

220lbs or 100kilo's or 2 olympic plates per side is a "bench mark" in bench pressing..... I am 70kilos (152lbs) and bench 110kilo's or 242lbs.... if your sisters husband is achieving only 220lbs at his body weight then he should retire... have you perhaps gotten your math wrong? And he should definately not be touching "roids"... Before ever considering steroid use, you should already have achieved the maximum your body can do clean..... p.s.. I am clean........</description>

i mean i whole set without a spotter...if you mean just lifting it twice then i can lift 285! But i mean lifting a set without a spotter cause that's a hell of a lot a weight for someone that small!!</description>
