I thought he would at least go over how to keep your wrists and rotators cuff safe when doing he bench press, and how some kids kill themselves doing it.

I was in Bergen last year. I loved it there…

  6. RockySindre Says:

I’m sorry dude, I was in the sarcastic corner. Anyways, let’s work out sometime instead, so if you happen to be in Norway (!), give a hint. I know what I’m doing. Have a good one.

superhuman? have you ever been in a gym? my bench press abilities are above average, but by no means exceptional….. if you bothered to read the discussion, you would see i was actually defending another guys (xJbear88 ) claims, the person i commented on was doing the detracting from him… check it out, you will see i speak the truth… i am a decent guy, i forgive you…..

  8. adamichaelee Says:

Its still not a tremendous amount of weight

  9. adamichaelee Says:

I didnt believe it at first either but he really does.

  10. RockySindre Says:

I bothered to comment ’cause you were boasting about your superhuman abilities and making fun of another man’s alleged feats. I don’t care if he’s talking about pounds or not, but hey, somebody’s got to jack you off. I don’t want to fight, so end of discussion. Have a nice day.

  11. LEADEROFGARYSGANG Says:

    christ he is dull

  12. fletch357 Says:

one rep max is all you need for competition….

  13. fletch357 Says:

lets get this straight genius….. You say masmaiz3188 is clearly talking kilograms…. So the guy he refers to weighs 180 kilograms……errrm….. Why exactly did you bother to comment? yeah, i am clean, but i reserve judgment on you… next time dont inject the gear into your Hippocampus…… Have a nice day…

  14. DanAGebar Says:

I agree with xJbear88. I’m weight 145 and my 1 rep bench max is 215. masmaiz3188 you should take a look into the world of power lifting. I believe the Kansas state champ at 135 benched 235 this year. That’s without elbow raps too.

  15. xJbear88 Says:

Dude you dont know what your talking about, anyone with low body fat can usually bench press 150% of there body weight if they have been training for a year or two.

  16. masmaiz3188 Says:

i mean i whole set without a spotter…if you mean just lifting it twice then i can lift 285! But i mean lifting a set without a spotter cause that’s a hell of a lot a weight for someone that small!!

  17. RockySindre Says:

masmaiz3188 is clearly talking in kilograms, not pounds….. p.s.. You are clean……

  18. stickupcitytdot Says:

    hahaha stop lying.

  19. adamichaelee Says:

thats definately possible. there is a junior at my school benching 300 and he is maybe 180 or 190 pounds, some people are hella strong

  20. fletch357 Says:

Rockysindre, i dont understand your comment…. “Kgs, smart ass”….. as far as i can tell, it has nothing to do with the comment i posted.. if it does then please take a moment to explain… thank you…..

  21. RockySindre Says:

    Kgs, smart ass.

  22. fletch357 Says:

anyone who trains will achieve those sort of results well within a year….. but you need to actually train……..

  23. fletch357 Says:

220lbs or 100kilo’s or 2 olympic plates per side is a “bench mark” in bench pressing….. I am 70kilos (152lbs) and bench 110kilo’s or 242lbs…. if your sisters husband is achieving only 220lbs at his body weight then he should retire… have you perhaps gotten your math wrong? And he should definately not be touching “roids”… Before ever considering steroid use, you should already have achieved the maximum your body can do clean….. p.s.. I am clean……..

  24. masmaiz3188 Says:

yeah with steroids!! dude if you are weighing 135 and bench pressing 205 that’s like superhuman strength right there!! I don’t think its possible!! Unless with roids!! Sorry!! Dude my sister’s husband use to take roids and he would weigh 180 and put up two sets of 220!! So naturally its impossible!!

  25. BuckeyeNation45 Says:

    um lets see…. no?
