    you have to do cardio to work off any fat, this means twice a day from 30-45 mins when your heartbeat raises to a certain level. the more cardio you do, the faster you will lose fat. if you sit their doing these exercises with 2 inch of fat on your stomach, you will have strong abs but they will not be seen until enough cardio has been done to remove the fat. there is no fast or easy way to abs, trust me it’s hard fucking work.
