Wow, really? That's expensive. The classes I were looking into were at the PCYC, you pay for membership which initially costs a bit, but after that you're free to use the weights room and any classes you want, just for paying 5 dollars each time you enter.</description>

im pretty sure they can.. 
although i dont do those exercises, i do use the leg raises and the last exercise as an ab exercise. cept i do more then 10</description>

Of course, its great for people who need to strengthen their back. so anyone really.
