    it helps your core yes. if u tried it and do it correctly you can feel the burn in your core.

    Do stretching everyday, i used to be really unflexible, but now i stretch everyday and my flexibility is a lot better now.

    Of course, its great for people who need to strengthen their back. so anyone really.
    Also my male friends do classes to tone/lean the muscles so they dont create too much bulk.

    im pretty sure they can..
    although i dont do those exercises, i do use the leg raises and the last exercise as an ab exercise. cept i do more then 10

    Wow, really? That’s expensive. The classes I were looking into were at the PCYC, you pay for membership which initially costs a bit, but after that you’re free to use the weights room and any classes you want, just for paying 5 dollars each time you enter.

    She should have mentioned better breathing cues. You always want to exhale when you exert and inhale in the neutral.
