Demi's downward spiral
To set your default location (eg, the suburb where you live), click on the "Change location" link. This is located to the right of the large "Go out" tab, at the top right of this module. Enter the suburb name or postcode. This will also set your weather settings on the page.
You can then search for places like restaurants and bars in areas outside of your default location, using the relevant smaller tab (eg, the "Restaurants" tab, in the "Go out" section). However, your default location will still be retained for future searches.
Yahoo!7 will show different ideas for staying in and going out, depending on the time of day. You can override this by "pinning" your preferred tab. For instance, if you always want to see the TV guide on top, click on the "Pin tab" link, located at the top right of that tab's window. This can be changed at any time by pinning a different tab - or cancelled altogether by unpinning the tab previously set as your favourite.

that’s not really true - yes, SOME back pain can be from that, but most lower back pain is due to weak muscles in both the back and core, therefore not properly supporting your body. There’s no way to ’strengthen’ a disc - it’s not a muscle. Strengthening the muscles AROUND the discs can help, but mostly strengthen the core so your lower back muscles aren’t doing all the work in supporting your body.
