What to expect from weekly personal training?
I’m going to get weekly personal training for 15 weeks - and I’m nervous. I’ve never played a sport and I’ve never been an athlete. I’ve never run a mile (but that’s my goal). I am a little overweight from my pregnancy.
I just don’t know what to expect - will it be bearable? Should I expect any (physical) results in those 15 weeks? And how many times a week would I have to work out in addition to the personal training? I can make it 2/week, but I have a toddler at home so it’s hard to go to the gym more often.
And yes, I know I should ask the trainer this, I’m just wondering right now.

I think it is great. You can expect to learn lot’s. He will start you off gradually then work you hard. Yes you should do some maintaining at home. He will set you up for that. You are really going to be soar for the first little while but make sure you eat properly and you will be alright.
