How long does it take to see results with personal training?
Wednesday, October 21st, 2009I am not trying to lose weight just trying to tone up. I am 5′5” and 125lbs. I usually would stay fit by swimming but I got rid of my pool in June. So I am not as tone as I used to be and I want to tone a little for a trip I am taking in Feb. I am thinking about doing 12 30minute personal training sessions. That is all I can afford. Would that help? Would I see a difference?
